Ingredients:
- 100g dark chocolate ≈ ⅔ cup (chopped or chips)
- 40g chopped walnuts ≈ ⅓ cup
- 40g chopped hazelnuts ≈ ⅓ cup
- 5 tbsp honey ≈ ¼ cup + 1 tbsp
Instructions
1. Melt the dark chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals and brush into silicone mold squares. Freeze for 15 minutes.
2. Grind hazelnuts and walnuts, mix with honey.
3. Add a whole walnut piece into each mold and fill with the nut-honey mixture.
4. Cover with more melted chocolate, sprinkle ground nuts on top.
5. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm. Decorate with chocolate drizzle & walnut pieces.
Tips & Variations
Use coconut oil to make the chocolate smoother if needed.
Swap nuts for almonds, cashews, or seeds for variety.
