How to Make Chocolate Bites with Dates and Pistachios (No Bake)
Ingredients:
• 170 g dates
• 60 g shelled pistachios
• 100 g sugar-free chocolate
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Pistachios for decoration
Instructions:
1. Soak the dates in warm water for 5 minutes to soften.
2. Shell the pistachios and remove the pits from the dates.
3. Grind the pistachios and dates in a blender until you get a sticky dough.
4. Melt the chocolate, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and stir.
5. Pour some melted chocolate into a silicone mold and coat the sides.
6. Place the chocolate-coated mold in the freezer for 3 minutes
7. Fill each mold with the pistachio-date mixture and flatten.
8. Return to the freezer for 20 minutes to set.
9. Place some chocolate on top and decorate with pistachios
10. Let the dessert chill until fully set. Serve cold and enjoy!
