Recipe: Fluffy Pan Pancakes

Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 vanilla sugar
• 1 baking powder (approx. 10–12g or 2 tsp)
• 250 ml milk
• 200 g flour (about 1 ⅓ cups)
• Chocolate spread (for filling)

How to Make Fluffy Chocolate Stuffed Pancakes

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs, then add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 1 packet of baking powder, pour in 250 ml of milk and mix everything together.

2. Gradually add 200 grams of flour while whisking until you get a smooth and slightly runny batter.

3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour in one ladle of batter per pancake.

4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute until golden brown.

5. Allow pancakes to cool slightly. Then, spread chocolate cream on one pancake and cover it with another.

6. Press the edges together to seal. if you wish cut in half to reveal the gooey chocolate center. Serve warm and enjoy!
