- 135g rolled oats ≈ 1 ½ cups
- 45g almond flour ≈ ½ cup
- 4g baking soda ≈ ½ teaspoon
How to make Healthy Banana Oat Bread?
Instructions:
- Mash the bananas into a puree and mix them with the rolled oats, almond flour, and baking soda.
- Mix until it becomes a dough, then place in a baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes.
