    • 500 ml milk
    • 60 g powdered milk
    • 30 g sugar
    • 20 g cornstarch
    • 200 g milk chocolate
    • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios

    1. In a saucepan, combine 450 ml milk, powdered milk, and sugar. Mix well and heat on low temperature.

    2. In a separate small bowl, mix 50 ml milk with cornstarch until smooth.

    3. Add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan and stir continuously until it thickens.

    4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert wooden sticks.

    5. Cover molds with foil and freeze for at least 8 hours.

    6. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler. Pour into a tall glass and stir in chopped pistachios.

    7. Remove frozen popsicles from molds and dip each into the melted chocolate until fully coated.

    8. Place dipped popsicles on a plate and let the chocolate set. Enjoy!
