Dubai Chocolate Recipe for an exotic chocolate treat that’s both simple and indulgent! These Dubai-style chocolate bites are filled with a rich mix of ground pistachios, honey, and crispy kadaif, then coated in silky milk chocolate. Best of all – no baking required! This recipe brings together Middle Eastern flavors in a beautiful and delicious form that’s perfect for holidays, gifting, or just a luxurious treat at home.
Ingredients:
- 100 g kadaif (shredded phyllo dough)
- 200 g peeled pistachios
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 40 g butter
- 400 g milk chocolate

Instructions:
- Prepare the kadaif:
Break the kadaif into small pieces by hand into a bowl. - Make the pistachio filling:
Blend the peeled pistachios in a blender. Add honey and blend again until the mixture is well combined and sticky. Set aside. - Toast the kadaif:
In a pan, melt butter and lightly toast the kadaif until golden brown. Remove from heat and combine with the pistachio-honey mixture. Mix thoroughly. - Melt the chocolate:
Use a double boiler to melt the milk chocolate until smooth. - Coat the molds:
Spoon a little melted chocolate into silicone molds and use a brush or spoon to coat the sides evenly. Freeze for 15 minutes. - Fill the molds:
Add the kadaif-pistachio filling into each mold, making sure not to overfill. Leave space for the top chocolate layer. - Seal and chill:
Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the filling to seal. Freeze for 30 minutes or until set. - Serve:
Carefully remove chocolates from the silicone molds and serve. Store in the fridge if not serving immediately.
