This is a simple, quick, and delicious dessert! These no-bake chocolate balls are made with just a few ingredients and are perfect for any occasion! With a creamy chocolate base and a variety of toppings like coconut, chopped walnuts, and melted chocolate. Perfect for holidays, parties, or when you just want a bite of something sweet — without oven!
Ingredients:
- 300 g crushed biscuits (tea biscuits or digestive)
- 250 ml all-purpose cream
- 400 g chocolate (dark or milk, melted)
- 30 g butter or 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 50 g chopped walnuts
- 50 g chopped almonds
- 50 g chopped hazelnuts
- Optional toppings:
- Grated coconut
- Chopped walnuts
- Melted chocolate for drizzling

Instructions:
- Crush the biscuits using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing with a rolling pin. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Melt the chocolate with butter (or oil) in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Add all-purpose cream to the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Combine the chocolate mixture with crushed biscuits, then fold in the chopped almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts.
- Shape the mixture into small balls using your hands. Dip in melted chocolate Roll or decorate the balls with Coconut flakes or Chopped walnuts
- Place the finished balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
