This is a simple, quick, and delicious dessert! These no-bake chocolate balls are made with just a few ingredients and are perfect for any occasion! With a creamy chocolate base and a variety of toppings like coconut, chopped walnuts, and melted chocolate. Perfect for holidays, parties, or when you just want a bite of something sweet — without oven!

Ingredients

  • 300 g crushed biscuits (tea biscuits or digestive)
  • 250 ml all-purpose cream
  • 400 g chocolate (dark or milk, melted)
  • 30 g butter or 2 tbsp neutral oil
  • 50 g chopped walnuts
  • 50 g chopped almonds
  • 50 g chopped hazelnuts
  • Optional toppings:
  • Grated coconut
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Melted chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Crush the biscuits using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing with a rolling pin. Transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Melt the chocolate with butter (or oil) in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Add all-purpose cream to the melted chocolate and mix well.
  3. Combine the chocolate mixture with crushed biscuits, then fold in the chopped almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls using your hands. Dip in melted chocolate Roll or decorate the balls with Coconut flakes or Chopped walnuts
  5. Place the finished balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
